There’s people that you want to see often in your life because of the love that they ripple and Brandon is one of those people. I cherish seeing him - it also just so happens he’s one of the best chefs in the world. Through his never ending learning and teaching and practicing of his craft so I guess it’s not “just so happens”. The world is a better place because of what Brandon focuses on. His food, his story. I’ve always said the easiest yet hardest / scariest thing to do is tell you’re own story through the culinary lense. He’s pure at heart and his food reflects that. Reading through this masterpiece makes me miss my friend but makes me crazy knowing I’ll never be able to produce the food I’ve tasted from him and his profound teams hands and hearts. Wo ai ni!
The health and safety of our team and our guests is our highest priority.
We are practicing the following safety measures:
Per the August 3rd mandate all guests as well as staff need to be wearing masks at all times (except when eating or drinking). This means when you are waiting to be seated, going to the bathroom etc.
High traffic areas sanitized every 30 minutes.
No one works if they’re not feeling 100% healthy.
All of our employees are vaccinated.
So much hand sanitizer and soap and water.
